We have the skills to prepare bespoke training or even prepare and manage a Training Management System (TMS). A TMS means we take on the responsibility of keeping and monitoring all employee development records, ensuring all training is right up to standard, and kept up to date. We even notify you when training becomes due again for individual employees – effectively taking the onus off you.

The advantage to the client, is ABRRAS takes on the time-intensive administrative function of training management, meaning either

  • For smaller companies, there may not be the need to employ a dedicated person for this function
  • For larger organisations, time may be freed-up for staff members to focus on other business areas
